Please read these terms before contracting our services. By contracting you accept the terms described here.
1. Acceptable use
dlcv's web hosting service is intended exclusively for legal content. Hosting content that infringes copyrights, promotes illegal activities, contains obscene or malicious material, or is used for bulk unsolicited email (spam) is not permitted.
2. Service availability
dlcv does not guarantee 100% service availability. We perform periodic maintenance that may cause brief interruptions. We will notify clients in advance of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
3. Payments and renewals
Services have an annual term. The client is responsible for renewing their plan before the expiration date. dlcv is not responsible for data loss or downtime resulting from failure to pay on time.
4. Backups
Although dlcv performs periodic backups, it is strongly recommended that the client maintains their own backup copies of the hosted content. dlcv does not guarantee data recovery in all cases.
5. Service suspension
dlcv reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without right to refund.
6. Limitation of liability
dlcv is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, loss of income or damage to reputation.
7. Modifications
dlcv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to active clients by email at least 15 days in advance.
